How does the 7-day free trial work?
You pick a plan and enter your card, but you are not charged for seven days. You get
full access to everything on that plan immediately. Cancel before day seven and you
pay nothing at all.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your first month is charged at half price — $9.50 on Spark, $14.50 on Blaze, $29.50
on Inferno. From month two onwards it is the standard monthly price.
Will I be reminded before I'm charged?
Yes. Stripe emails you before the trial ends, and you can cancel from that email or
your receipt at any point.
What happens right after I sign up?
Your membership activates immediately against the email you signed up with. Head to
the members area, paste your channel link and you'll have an OBS link within a minute.
How does the daily streaming limit work?
Time is only counted while a game is actually connected to a live broadcast — leaving
an OBS source open when you're offline costs you nothing. Spark includes 90 minutes a
day, Blaze 4 hours, and Inferno is unlimited. Your allowance resets at midnight
Pacific Time, and you can see exactly how much you've used in the members area.
What happens if I hit my daily limit mid-stream?
The game pauses its chat connection and shows a message on the overlay. Your stream
carries on normally — only the interactive part stops. It resumes automatically after
midnight Pacific, or immediately if you upgrade.
Do I need a YouTube API key?
No. StreamWarm connects to your live chat for you. There's no Google Cloud account to
create — you paste your channel and we handle the rest.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades unlock immediately; downgrades take effect at your next
billing date.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your Stripe receipt, or email hello@streamwarm.com and we'll do it for
you. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged; cancel later and access runs
to the end of the period you've paid for.
