Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use StreamWarm. Plain English, no traps — if anything here is unclear, email hello@streamwarm.com and ask before you subscribe.

1. What StreamWarm is

StreamWarm is a subscription service providing chat-interactive games that run as an overlay on your live stream. Games read your live chat and turn viewer messages into gameplay, scoring answers on screen in real time.

StreamWarm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, TikTok or ByteDance.

2. Your account

• Your email address is your account. We sign you in with one-time links rather than passwords.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for keeping your personal OBS launch links private.
• A membership is for one person or business. Launch links are tied to your account and must not be shared, resold or published.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to hold the streaming accounts you connect.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page. If we change the price of your plan, we will give you notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it succeeds.
• Statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer — including any statutory cancellation or refund rights in your country — are unaffected by these terms.

4. What we ask of you

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense or publish your launch links or the game files;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the games;
• use StreamWarm to break YouTube's or TikTok's terms, or any applicable law;
• use StreamWarm to harass people, or to run content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit;
• attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, and will normally tell you why.

5. Third-party platforms

StreamWarm depends on services we do not control — including YouTube's API, which is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Those platforms can change, restrict or withdraw access at any time. If a platform change breaks a feature, we will do our best to adapt it, but we cannot promise every feature will remain available indefinitely.

We explicitly do not provide bots, fake viewers, or artificial engagement of any kind, and you may not use StreamWarm as part of any scheme to artificially inflate engagement metrics.

6. Availability

We aim to keep StreamWarm running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, platform API limits and faults can all cause downtime. We are not liable for lost stream time, lost viewers or lost revenue arising from downtime.

7. Your content and ours

• We own the games, the site, and the StreamWarm brand. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your membership is active.
• You keep ownership of your streams and recordings. You may monetise streams and videos that include StreamWarm games.
• You may use screenshots and clips of the games in your own promotional content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to StreamWarm is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use StreamWarm after that point means you accept the updated terms.
